Leveraging industry best practice Dagda Consulting designed a "Solutions" Go-to-Market program to drive market share in North America for a leading Med Device company. The team developed a market attack plan that synchronized our client's organization on market strategy, key activities and common commercialization objectives. Client is currently working on the implementation of this project
Remote Digital Services

Growing Digital Services revenue is a key growth engine for many Medtech organizations. Together with our client's engineers Dagda Consulting designed and is currently implementing a multi-phase program to scale remote digital services. Starting initially re-design the product entitlements and business processes to enable downstream software maintenance services to be built, the program builds towards remote diagnostics and new performance benchmarking and device fleet management services.
Product Re-organization

Following an internal product roadmap refocus and organization right sizing, Dagda consulting helped our client reorganize its product management to focus on day-to-day operations and also drive key transformation activities. Dagda Consulting supported the product management team "ad-interim" until an internal succession plan was matured and executed.
Mergers and Acquisitions

Dagda Consulting completed the business case for a small "bolt on" acquisition for a Med Device company. Following the successful acquisition Dagda Consulting also managed the business integration.

US Market Entry Strategy for EU based organization
Dagda Consulting completed a market assessment and strategy recommendation for an EU based company seeking to expand in the USA. The work included strategic positioning, value analysis and testing recommendations to ensure alignment with target customers brand promise, as well as legal and business entity recommendations to minimize commercial risk exposure.
